After beating Spain pretty confidently in the opening match of the Olympics, 92-80, Australia had a rough landing against Canada in the following event. The boys from Down Under lost 93-83, looking rather confused and helpless against Shai and his crew, not being able to adjust to the pace in that one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Aussies had 18 turnovers, possibly their biggest problem against the previous rivals. Canada’s very rigid and hard defense turned out to be an enigma for Australia’s backcourt.
