This stroke play event was first competed in 1967, with the field competing over a distance of 7,346 yards. However, despite that finish, he starts this weekend with a two-shot lead over Xander Schauffele. He is likely to be Scheffler\u2019s main competition this weekend after continuing his consistent season with a tie for fifth at the BMW Championship last weekend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hideki Matsuyama was a winning selection for us at the St. Jude Championship at the start of the month, and the Japanese player could once again hold solid claims this weekend after bypassing the BMW Championship last weekend.
