This year, the game will be played during the day, which marks the first time it will not be played in primetime hours since 2008. The rosters have been set for the 2018 Pro Bowl, and we are ready to give you our pick for the game, but first \u2013 let\u2019s talk about the history of the Pro Bowl.<\/p>\n

Last season, the\u00a0AFC<\/strong>\u00a0won the game, \u00a0which marked the third straight season for an AFC win. Last season was the lowest scoring Pro Bowl game, with just a combined 33 points. In 2014 \u2013 the NFC came away with a win, 22-21. Back in 2013 \u2013 the NFC blew out the\u00a0AFC<\/strong>, as the game saw a combined 97 points.\u00a0Team NFC is -3 over Team AFC on Sunday.<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Steelers Headline AFC<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Team AFC, led by head coach\u00a0Mike Tomlin<\/strong>\u00a0will see several of his Pittsburgh Steelers offensive threats. Big Ben Roethlisberger will get the nod at quarterback, with weapons Antonio Brown and Le\u2019Veon Bell. LeSean McCoy and Kareem Hunt, who both had breakout seasons will usher Bell as the running back threats for the AFC.<\/p>\n

The receiving core for the AFC sees DeAndre Hopkins and A.J. Green electing not to play in the game. That seems to be an issue with the\u00a0NFL<\/strong>\u00a0All Star Game, especially injuries, and then of course the teams playing in the Super Bowl. Therefore \u2013 T.Y. Hilton and Jarvis Landry will accompany Brown, along with tight ends Delanie Walker and Jack Doyle.<\/p>\n

NFC Looking to Down AFC<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The\u00a0NFC<\/strong>\u00a0was expected to see\u00a0Carson Wentz,<\/strong>\u00a0but his injury of course sits him out. Instead, the three some of Russell Wilson, Drew Brees and Jared Goff will be behind center. Brees is playing under the leadership of his head coach Sean Payton. They will be joined by receiver Michael Thomas, and running back\u00a0Alvin Kamara and Mark Ingram.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The third running back for Team\u00a0NFC<\/strong>\u00a0is Todd Gurley of the Los Angeles Rams. The receivers along with Thomas for the NFC include Adam Thielen, Doug Baldwin and Davante Adams. Finally, rounding out the skill players on the offensive side for team NFC are Jason Witten and Kyle Rudolph at the tight end position.<\/p>\n

NFC Downs AFC in 2018 Pro Bowl<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Look for the\u00a0NFC<\/strong>\u00a0to get back on track and win this game. The\u00a0NFC<\/strong>\u00a0rosters are a little more sext than the AFC. The AFC has the Steelers combination, but their level of care is already in question. Look for guys like Gurley, Kamara and Thielen to have big games for the NFC squad.
