While a top-3 result was competitively solid, Monaco has aspirations to take home the title this season. 26-year-old \u00c9lie Okobo, who averaged 15.5 ppg last year, will be key on both sides of the ball. Okobo was drafted with the 31st pick in the 2018 NBA Draft but opted to stay overseas, leading Monaco to newfound success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"milano-trying-to-clear-mediocrity\">Milano Trying to Clear Mediocrity<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Milano&#8217;s path to victory runs through their big-3; Nikola Mirotic, Shabazz Napier, and Shavon Shields. All three players averaged more than 14 ppg last season. Unfortunately, Milano has a concerning lack of depth behind them. They dealt with injuries last season that limited their ability to score. Milano finished 12th in the overall standings but 17th of 18 in points scored, just 7 points away from last.
