Our Chargers vs Broncos prediction is for the Chargers to earn a well-fought victory in Denver. New head coach Jim Harbaugh is well-versed at winning close games.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"chargers-enter-this-game-rested\">Chargers Enter This Game Rested<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Chargers had their bye last week, giving them time to work on their offensive scheme under Harbaugh. They started the season 2-0 with a 48-13 point differential after beating the mediocre Raiders and Panthers. Unfortunately, Los Angeles struggled offensively against their next two more competitive opponents, getting outscored 37-20 by the Steelers and Chiefs. They face another tough defense this week, needing a spark.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"broncos-heating-up-under-nix\">Broncos Heating Up Under Nix<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Denver is currently moving in the opposite direction as the Chargers. After starting the year 0-2, they&#8217;ve now won three straight games. The Broncos were exceptional on defense in that span, allowing just over 11 ppg. They have a good chance of continuing their momentum against Los Angeles&#8217; struggling offense. QB Bo Nix had the best game of his young career in Sunday&#8217;s win, finishing 19 for 27 for 206 yards and 2 touchdowns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"chargers-vs-broncos-prediction-chargers-defense-clamps-down\">Chargers vs Broncos Prediction: Chargers&#8217; Defense Clamps Down<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>Conventional wisdom would say to pick the Broncos here. After all, Denver has won three games in a row and Los Angeles has lost two straight. They&#8217;re also at home for this matchup. That being said, NFL Sundays rarely follow conventional wisdom. Another way of looking at it is that the Chargers are due for a win and the Broncos are due for a loss. I don&#8217;t see a Harbaugh-led team losing a third straight game after a bye week.
