However, the Longhorns have risen to the challenge. They recruited some of the top talent in the portal over the summer, building a top-5 team in the process. Last season&#8217;s upset victory was just another win in a long line of dominant results. Since 2000, Oklahoma has won 17 of 25 matchups against Texas. For much of that time, both teams were ranked, but the Sooners were often the favorite. Currently in a rebuild, Oklahoma enters this game as 15-point underdogs.
