Jamal Murray hit a buzzer-beater to force overtime, and the Nuggets were able to finish off the hard-fought victory. Denver shot 49 percent from the field and 45 percent on 3-pointers. All the head-to-head statistics were fairly even, but the difference in the game was the Nuggets&#8217; shooting percentage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before this game, Denver had been calling out the front office to make some changes. The Nuggets had experienced rough home losses, and their shooting efficiency was poor. Going into the season, Nikola Joki\u0107 and  head coach Michael Malone were concerned about 3-point shooting. Denver&#8217;s 3-point shooting was efficient enough in their 1st road game, but they will need more scoring from the bench.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"nets-ready-for-another-elite-team\">Nets Ready for Another Elite Team<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Nets just beat the Bucks at home 115-102. It was a close 1st half, but Brooklyn pulled away in the 4th quarter. The Nets shot 42 percent from the field and made 16 3-pointers compared to the Bucks&#8217; 10. Additionally, Brooklyn took care of the ball a bit better than the Bucks did. Cam Thomas led the Nets in scoring with 32 points, while Nic Claxton recorded a double-double with 10 points and 11 rebounds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In recent Nets news, Ben Simmons will be out against the Nuggets due to a lower back injury. In the last game, Simmons scored only 2 points in 24 minutes of playing time.
