Only two games separate 2nd and 11th, keeping most teams in contention for a title. This week&#8217;s results will have a large impact on the standings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"euroleague-basketball-week-10-predictions\">EuroLeague Basketball Week 10 Predictions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"maccabi-tel-aviv-vs-olympiacos\">Maccabi Tel Aviv vs. Olympiacos<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Maccabi Tel Aviv came up short in a high-scoring clash with Panathinaikos in their Week 9 game. Their defeat was the second in a row and dropped them to 3-6 on the season with a -38 point differential. Back at home, Maccabi Tel Aviv will attempt to bounce back. Olympiacos sits at 6-3 after winning four consecutive games. They are red-hot and should hold a key advantage in this game, despite being on the road.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"lyon-villeurbanne-vs-crvena-zvezda\">Lyon-Villeurbanne vs. Crvena Zvezda <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Lyon-Villeurbanne lost to Olympiacos by two points on the road in their Week 9 matchup. Despite the loss, it was an encouragingly competitive result from a team that has lost five games in a row. Lyon-Villeurbanne is at risk of falling too far out of contention if they can&#8217;t return to the win column soon. Crvena Zvezda takes them on this week, seeking a road win. They defeated Monaco most recently and should maintain their momentum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"bayern-munich-vs-alba-berlin\">Bayern Munich vs. Alba Berlin <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Bayern Munich posted a disappointing result in Week 9, losing by 11 points to Fenerbah\u00e7e. Their point differential flipped to -1 following the defeat, but Bayern Munich remains well-placed in the standings with a 6-3 record. They pull a much easier matchup this week against Alba Berlin. After losing once again, Berlin sits dead last in the standings. They&#8217;ll desperately aim to improve on their -92 point differential and 2-7 record.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"baskonia-vs-monaco\">Baskonia vs. Monaco<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Baskonia lost at home to Anadolu Efes in their Week 9 matchup. The defeat marked their third in a row and dropped Baskonia to 12th place. After starting 4-2, they find themselves desperately needing a win. Back at home, they&#8217;ll face an easier matchup this week. Monaco came up short at home as well in their most recent clash, losing to Crvena Zvezda. They sit at 5-4 on the season, but face an uphill battle on the road vs Baskonia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"real-madrid-vs-anadolu-efes\">Real Madrid vs. Anadolu Efes<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Real Madrid posted a confident victory against Virtus Bologna, winning 98-86. Mario Hezonja led the way with 20 points, aided by four teammates in double figures. Sitting in the middle of the pack, Madrid needs to take advantage of home games such as this one. Meanwhile, Anadolu Efes also ranks in the middle of the pack. They defeated Baskonia on the road in Week 9 and will aim to build on that win against Madrid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"zalgiris-vs-fenerbahce\">\u017dalgiris vs. Fenerbah\u00e7e<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u017dalgiris came up short against Paris last week, scoring just 77 points in their defeat. They remain ranked in the top half of the standings with a 6-3 record. Facing a tough matchup this week, \u017dalgiris needs to win and avoid a second consecutive loss. Fenerbah\u00e7e defeated Bayern Munich by double digits in Week 9, and remains tied at the top of the standings with a 7-2 record. They enter this week&#8217;s matchup as slight underdogs on the road.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"partizan-vs-milano\">Partizan vs. Milano<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Partizan came up short against Barcelona in Week 9, losing 87-79. It&#8217;s been a disastrous past month for them. After starting 2-2 on the season, Partizan has now lost five consecutive games. They&#8217;ll aim to stop the bleeding back at home against Milano, who is also sliding as of late. Milano lost to last-place Alba Berlin last week. Their defense has struggled to slow down opposing offenses, resulting in a -46 point differential. To turn their season around before it&#8217;s too late, Virtus Bologna needs to start by defeating the 3rd-place team. Panathinaikos is one game out of 1st place, but holds the very best point differential in the league. Their last two wins were a good way to bounce back from a 95-74 thumping by Olympiacos in Week 7, but Barcelona still has work to do to distance themselves in the standings. Paris is scorching hot, having won five consecutive games.
