Instead, he accepted it, understood the reasoning, ducked his head, worked hard, and waited for his opportunity thereby earning respect in the locker room, from the coaching staff, and the front office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Positives aside, the Lions are not the Jets. Defensively, they will not be able to stop Detroit.
