After he fired Frank Reich 11 games into the season in 2023, there were concerns that another terrible year would lead to new head coach Dave Canales getting axed too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the field, their first overall pick in the 2023 <a href=\"https:\/\/dev.offshoresportsbooks.com\/news\/nfl\/\">NFL<\/a> Draft, quarterback Bryce Young, had been benched and looked like an immediate bust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There was nowhere to go but up. The game ended at 24-19, but the Ravens scored a touchdown with three seconds remaining to make the score look closer than it should have been. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saquon Barkley might win the MVP. Their defense has been tough, hard-hitting, and opportunistic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Injuries are a concern for the Carolina matchup. Safety Reed Blankenship is out with a concussion. Tight end Dallas Goedert is out with a knee injury.
