The star of the opener was <strong>Justin Turner<\/strong>, who hit two HRs and accounted for all three L.A. runs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Padres took the loss in a <strong>Joe Musgrove<\/strong> start for the second straight time after they had been unbeaten in his first 12 outings of the season. <strong>Blake Snell<\/strong> (0-5, 5.60 ERA) will try to be the stopper for San Diego on Friday night while also trying to pick up his first win of the season. Snell has allowed 4ER in three of his last four starts though, and the Padres have lost in all 7 of his starts this season. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tony Gonsolin <\/strong>(9-0, 1.58 ERA) goes for the home team in the Padres vs Dodgers July 1 matchup.
