Milwaukee sends reigning Cy Young award winner <strong>Corbin Burnes<\/strong> (7-4, 2.20 ERA) to the mound against <strong>Carlos Rodon<\/strong> (8-5, 2.70 ERA) in a game that has a run total of just 6 at some books. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Burnes continued to dominate in his last start, giving up just 3 hits and 0 ER over 7.0 IP with 10 K&#8217;s vs. the Cubs, although Chicago ended up pulling out a 2-1 victory. The right-hander has now held opponents to 1 ER or less in three of his last four starts, and is averaging 8.5 SOs over that span. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rodon bounced back from one of his worst starts of the season where he allowed 4ER across 5.0 IP in an 8-3 loss to the Diamondbacks on the 4th of July. Rodon went out and pitched a complete game last Saturday, striking out 12 Padres batters in a 3-1 win.
