Baylor<\/strong> is off to the NFL, but QB <strong>Chance Nolan<\/strong> gets three of his top four receiving targets back as well as three starters on the offensive line. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hank Bachmeier<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sports-reference.com\/cfb\/players\/hank-bachmeier-1.html\">returns for his senior year<\/a> at QB for the Broncos, throwing for 3,000+ yards with 20 TD to 8 INT last season. Those are great numbers considering Boise State had virtually no running game, ranked  102nd in the country with 124.2 ypg.
