There&#8217;s no better way to get back to .500 than beating one of the Eastern Conference favorites the Milwaukee Bucks (2-0) on their own court. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"before-betting-on-nets-vs-bucks\">Before Betting on Nets vs. Bucks<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Brooklyn ran into a buzz saw their last time out, losing 134-124 to the Grizzlies as <strong>Ja Morant<\/strong> and <strong>Desmond Bane<\/strong> combined for 76 points in the Memphis back court. Monday&#8217;s tilt was the second poor defensive performance in three games for the Nets, who lost their season opener 130-108 at home to the Pelicans with <strong>C.J. McCollum<\/strong>, <strong>Zion Williamson<\/strong>, and <strong>Brandon Ingram<\/strong> all going for 21+ points. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Milwaukee should be able to exploit an up-and-down Brooklyn defense in Wednesday&#8217;s Nets vs Bucks matchup. The Bucks are on three days rest after their 125-105 win over Houston on Saturday. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nba.com\/watch\/video\/giannis-antetokounmpo-44-points-highlights-vs-houston-rockets\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Giannis Antetokounmpo<\/a><\/strong> had a 44 point outing with 12 rebounds while <strong>Jrue Holiday<\/strong> added 19 points and 10 assists. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Bucks are still trying to find some additional scoring while <strong>Khris Middleton<\/strong> is out until late November with a wrist injury and <strong>Pat Connaughton<\/strong> will miss more time with a calf strain. This might just be a &#8216;give the ball to Giannis and get out of the way&#8217; type offense until Middleton returns to provide some balance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kevin Durant&#8217;s<\/strong> been off to a solid start for the Nets, with two 32+ point games already.
