Then again each was at home, and all three opponents were mid-major squads in Bellarmine (67-66), Wright State (73-72), and Appalachian State (61-60). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Cardinals are back at home on Tuesday night and their <a href=\"https:\/\/www.si.com\/college\/louisville\/basketball\/payne-players-preview-maryland-2022-23\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">trip to the Maui Invitational<\/a> was no vacation. Louisville absolutely got rolled in the tournament in Hawaii, losing 80-54 to Arkansas, 70-38 to Texas Tech, and 81-62.
