Wisconsin (6-6) is in the same spot, with their QB Graham Mertz also headed elsewhere which leaves a lot of questions ahead of Tuesday night&#8217;s tilt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"before-betting-on-the-guaranteed-rate-bowl\">Before Betting on the Guaranteed Rate Bowl<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sanders&#8217; <a href=\"https:\/\/pistolsfiringblog.com\/daily-bullets-dec-24-spencer-sanders-drawing-interest-best-part-of-osus-bowl-game\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">decision to leave Stillwater<\/a> doesn&#8217;t leave Oklahoma State with a lot of options at QB for their bowl game. <strong>Garret Rangel<\/strong> got two starts this season, but both were losses to Kansas (37-16) and West Virginia (24-19). <strong>Gunnar Gundy<\/strong> should know the offense considering he&#8217;s the son of coach <strong>Mike Gundy<\/strong>, but he&#8217;s also played sparingly this season and both are just freshman. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At least the Cowboys have coaching stability in this game, as the Badgers have lame duck fan favorite Jim Leonhard making his last appearance with the program after taking over in the interim when <strong>Paul Chryst<\/strong> was fired. Leonhard went 4-3 in his audition to get the full-time job, but the Badgers instead decided to lure <strong>Luke Fickell<\/strong> away from Cincinnati.
