TTU on the other hand lost by three to Kansas and five in OT against the Sooners and both of those games were at home. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tech and Iowa State are also knotted 20-20 in their all-time series, so Tuesday night&#8217;s game is a tie-breaker. ISU won 51-47 on their home court last year, but dropped a 72-60 decision in Lubbock and were absolutely rolled in the Big 12 Tournament 72-41. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"before-betting-on-texas-tech-vs-iowa-state\">Before Betting on Texas Tech vs Iowa State<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Iowa State is up to #14 in the rankings and has started off 3-0 in conference play, which isn&#8217;t bad for a team projected to finish near the bottom of the Big 12 this season. The Cyclones weren&#8217;t bad last year at all &#8211; making it to the Sweet 16 &#8211; they just lost a lot of production in <strong>Izaiah Brockington <\/strong>and <strong>Tyrese Hunter<\/strong> who combined for over 28 ppg. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Cyclones haven&#8217;t found a replacement for the scoring they lost, but they have clamped down their defense ranking 8th in the country allowing just 58.2 ppg.
