This is a rematch of last year&#8217;s AFC Championship &#8211; almost a year to the day &#8211; that the Bengals were able to win 27-24 also on the road. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"before-betting-on-bengals-vs-chiefs\">Before Betting on Bengals vs Chiefs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p> Burrow and the Bengals made relatively easy work of the Bills last week, winning 27-10 on the road as +6 point underdogs. Burrow had 242 yards and 2 TDs and Cincinnati added 172 yards on the ground. The big concern against the Jaguars was Mahomes <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2023\/01\/28\/sport\/patrick-mahomes-injury-update-nfl-spt-intl\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">suffering a high ankle sprain<\/a>, but by all accounts he&#8217;s good to go for Sunday night&#8217;s contest. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chiefs TE <strong>Travis Kelce<\/strong> (back) also popped up on the injury report as questionable which would be a huge blow to Kansas City if he is not at full strength.
