Baylor had a gut check game on Saturday after they were on a streak of 10 wins in 11 games but that didn’t go so well in an 87-71 loss at Kansas<\/a> as +5.5 underdogs. Jayhawks coach Bill Self figured something out at halftime, going into the break down 45-32 before outscoring the Bears 55-26 over the final 20 minutes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Kansas State hopes that Baylor’s second half meltdown in Lawrence has residual effects an hour West in Manhattan. KSU has also lost four of their last six but are still just two games back of the Jayhawks for the Big 12 regular season title.
