Before Betting On Würth 400
The Würth 400 makes up the eleventh race on the NASCAR schedule this season, with the field set to compete over a distance of 400 miles. The distance will see a total of 400 laps being completed, with each of the first two stages consisting of 120 laps. Meanwhile, the final stage will see the remaining 160 laps completed by the drivers.
This race was first staged on the NASCAR schedule in 1969, with Jimmie Johnson holding the record for most race wins with six. Hendrick Motorsports has been the dominant team throughout the history of the Würth 400, winning on 12 occasions. That includes a historic 1-2-3-4 finish when Alex Bowman claimed success in 2021.
Kyle Larson continues to top the Drivers’ Championship at this stage, despite finishing 21st in the GEICO 500 last weekend. But, his advantage at the summit has been cut following a solid finish by Martin Truex Jr. However, it could be worth noting that his major contender is yet to claim a race victory this season.
Denny Hamlin endured a weekend to forget last time out after finishing down in 37th. However, he retains a strong chance this weekend after winning two races already this season. Chase Elliott is also hard to dismiss after finishing 15th in the GEICO 500, which came a week after winning his first race of the campaign.
