Bronson Reed vs Chad Gable vs Sami Zayn
The Intercontinental title showdown looks set to be one of the most enthralling matches on the card in Saudi Arabia this weekend. Bronson Reed was added to the match a few weeks back, while tensions have been rising between Sami Zayn and Chad Gable following the latter’s heel turn.
Gable has been one of the most consistent stars on the red brand following the draft and his heel persona looks set to be rewarded with title gold over the coming months. We could see the WWE pulling the trigger on the leader of the Alpha Academy this weekend.
Liv Morgan vs Becky Lynch
Becky Lynch will make her first title defense this weekend after winning a Battle Royal for the championship following Rhea Ripley’s long-term injury following WrestleMania.
Lynch has been the go-to champion to carry the title on a number of occasions for the WWE, but they likely missed a perfect opportunity to give Liv Morgan the gold after she was the one to take out Ripley. Morgan is doing excellent work as a heel at present, and while we expect her to lose in Saudi Arabia, it won’t be long before she is a two-time women’s champion.
